I Found Out Cleansing Is What Worked For Me
After losing my son four years ago my weight climbed to an all time high. Knowing I was facing at least a 100 lb weight loss seemed like a mountain infront of me. For the past 15 years I would get up every morning with the intentions of..... "this would be the day"....I was going to lose this weight. I would make it until 10:30...hit a weak moment and eat...and say oh well tomorrow. Day after day, year after year.
About nine months ago after hitting an all time record high with my weight I began the slow jounrey of taking the mountain of weight off. I lost about 40 lbs. from the first of July through November. But I also could feel my body was off balance and did not feel very good due to not getting enough nutrition.
